PALM PROXY LEGAL

Refund Policy

Proxy bandwidth and dedicated infrastructure are digital, metered services that incur upstream cost when provisioned.

Effective August 7, 2026 · Version 2026-08-07

General rule

Except where required by law, completed and successfully provisioned purchases are final. Consumed bandwidth, expired plans, promotional purchases, correctly delivered dedicated IPs, and incompatibility with a particular third-party website are not refundable.

Eligible review

Contact support promptly if you were charged more than once for the same order, received the wrong product, or the service could not be provisioned. We may repair, replace, credit, or refund an eligible order after verifying payment, provisioning, and usage records.

Unused service

A request involving an unused plan may be considered in our discretion if submitted promptly, but approval is not guaranteed because upstream provisioning can create immediate nonrecoverable cost. Top-ups are non-refundable after they are applied. Partial consumption makes the associated bandwidth purchase non-refundable.

Abuse, suspension and disputes

No refund is owed for suspension or termination caused by prohibited activity, credential sharing, fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of Palm Proxy policies. Filing a payment dispute may automatically suspend the related plan while the dispute is investigated.

How to request review

Open a ticket through Palm Proxy support and provide your account email and Whop payment ID. Never include your password or complete proxy credentials. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
