Permitted use
You may use Palm Proxy for lawful activities such as privacy protection, geographic testing, advertising verification, public-data research, application testing, and authorized automation, subject to third-party rights and applicable rules.
Prohibited activity
You may not use the services to:
- Commit or facilitate fraud, payment abuse, account takeover, identity theft, or deceptive transactions.
- Access accounts, systems, networks, or data without authorization.
- Distribute malware, phishing content, spam, harassment, threats, or unlawful material.
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks, credential stuffing, vulnerability exploitation, port scanning, or disruptive traffic.
- Scrape, collect, or process personal data unlawfully or disregard valid access restrictions and intellectual-property rights.
- Evade sanctions, law enforcement, court orders, platform bans, purchase restrictions, or security controls unlawfully.
- Resell, publicly post, leak, or share Palm Proxy credentials without written authorization.
- Use the network for child exploitation, controlled-substance trafficking, weapons trafficking, or other criminal activity.
- Interfere with Palm Proxy, its infrastructure, payment, authentication, hosting, security, or service-provisioning providers.
Network protection
We may investigate abnormal traffic, require additional verification, limit concurrency, rotate credentials, suspend plans, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with providers or lawful authorities. Do not test security against Palm Proxy or destination systems without written authorization.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse through Palm Proxy support with the relevant date, IP or hostname, and supporting details. Do not include passwords or complete proxy credentials.
